How to Check Accident History

Enter the vehicle's 17-character VIN into the lookup tool. The vehicle history report may include accident records from participating insurance databases, collision repair facilities, state agencies, and other data sources. An accident-free history report does not guarantee a vehicle has never been in an unreported accident.
