• Do not misuse the Service to invade privacy or violate consumer protection laws.

We aggregate data from reputable automotive and safety databases. We cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy of third‑party records. Not all incidents are reported to centralized databases.

6. Payments & Refunds

Paid reports are processed via our secure checkout. All sales are generally final once a report is generated. If you experience technical issues preventing report delivery, contact support for resolution.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VINifyCheck and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
